Plant derived non-ionic O/W emulsifier, low sensitivity and low irritation, but has strong emulsifying ability, comparable to PEG emulsifier. Emulsification forms droplets with smaller particle sizes and has extremely strong formula stability. Velvet like light and soft skin texture, smooth but not greasy.
